My corner of Etsy had quite humble beginnings. It was 2006, and I found myself growing tired of the same old routines and desperate for something to give me an outlet of some sorts. That was when I began my first forays into the world of creating, and I haven't looked back since.

I branched out from jewelry into fiber arts, and wound up finding my true passion - crochet. The concept of being able to take a ball of yarn and turn it into something with shape and form - and something useful, at that! - was fascinating and so fulfilling. I've likely gone through miles of yarn of all different types since my first days, and I've loved every moment of it. The only thing better than actually making things is being able to share them with others, and seeing how much joy they bring.

While crochet is my main endeavor these days, I still prefer not to limit myself entirely. I still enjoy going back to my jewelry-making roots, and I've even added a few other skills to my repertoire (soap making, for one!).

My shop is a reflection of my ever-growing set of abilities, and also highlight my quite diverse set of interest. I'm a geek girl through and through, and that definitely shows in what I make and do here.

Creativity is now something that is such an innate part of myself that I can never turn it off (not that I would ever want to!). I'm constantly finding myself eager to learn new skills, or even just hone the ones I already possess. Because of this, my shop here will continue to evolve, so hang on tight, it's going to be a wild ride! :)
